From a spontaneous experiment by a group of Conservatory students, the Rhapsody Philharmonic has now become a real orchestra and is quite expensive.

To be honest, when I started building the orchestra, I, like everyone else, did not have a specific plan, nor did I dare to expect or set out how long the orchestra would operate.

Why?

I’m not pessimistic, I think it’s realistic!

Another reason I think personally.

I think the second reason seems unrealistic because it seems that inheritance is your strength when Rhapsody Philharmonics is a young orchestra?

Yes, there will certainly still be new classes of musicians wanting to join the orchestra.

Let’s go back to the early days of Rhapsody Philharmonics.

During my days studying at the National Academy of Music, I realized one thing: Music school students are very different from students at other universities.

It is not difficult to see two things that Rhapsody Philharmonics can bring to young orchestra members: the opportunity to play in the orchestra early and a certain income.

I think there are two more important things: recognition and exposure to a professional working environment.

Entering this orchestra, you are not afraid of being criticized for playing badly, playing poorly or playing incorrectly.

Second thing you probably know, over the past year we have had the opportunity to work with professional producers and artists.

I want to return to Minh’s concerns in the first part.

It’s not that we haven’t thought about it and have also contacted a number of units, but we have not found a common voice between the two sides.

Have you ever imagined that one day the orchestra would actually stop working?

Yes.

I also have a dream that if I can do it, and even if the orchestra has to stop working, I will feel more satisfied.
