1. Articuno
Articuno, the legendary bird of the Kanto region, is loved by many gamers in generation 1 thanks to having quite good stats and a decent set of skills that can be used in combat.
However, Blizzard has been nerfed in later versions along with the change in the freezing effect in the game, causing Articuno to lose its inherent advantage.
2. Tauros
The Normal system in the Red & Blue version is favored by many people because of its `easy to play, easy to health`.
Game Freak quickly corrected this later when increasing the power of the Fighting system, as an indirect way of nerfing the Normal system.
3. Jynx
Jynx is one of the most imba Pokemon of generation 1, as it is a combination of the two most imba types in this generation – Ice/Psychic.
Jynx’s weakness is that its health and defense are quite low, making it normal for it to not be able to withstand 1 hit.
4. Moltres
Moltres is the least noticed legend in the Kanto region, as it appears quite late in the game.
5. Golems
Golem and Rhydon are two Pokemon with the same position in generation 1, so players often choose one of the two Pokemon to put in the squad.
6. Lapras
Lapras is one of the most popular Pokemon in Red & Blue, because it is both beautiful and strong, and is also given to players for free in the middle of the game.
7. Parasect
Parasect in part 1 is quite bad when its stats are bad, its system is also too weak and can be easily killed in one fell swoop.
8. Scyther
Scyther has great attack and speed stats, and it also has a pretty cool appearance, so it is sought after and owned by many gamers.
9. Poliwrath
Poliwrath is one of the rare Fighting-type Pokemon that is `playable` in Kanto, because it has a second type, Water.
10. Snorlax
Snorlax is the strongest Pokemon in Red & Blue, possessing many things that make it `unmatched`: thick health, strong attack and excellent healing ability with Rest.
