The greater success of Women Meet Tech’s courses has also made Lea Truc’s dream come true: Creating a community of young and mid-career women.
That doesn’t mean the show is just for women.
However, Lea Truc also emphasized that what she wants most through community development is for women to realize the potential and advantages from this profession: `People still think that women should not pursue this profession.`
Still with many plans for the future, Lea Truc admits there are still many obstacles on the path to building a technology community for women in Vietnam.
