The number of people practicing basic yoga to protect their health has reached hundreds of millions in just a few decades.
The secret to being healthy and beautiful
Yoga exercises treat neck, shoulder, and nape pain effectively immediately
For that reason, yoga is increasingly researched and developed more strongly in both breadth and depth.
Are you new to yoga and looking for a style that satisfies your personal needs?
1. Vinyasa
In Sanskrit, Nyasa means “to put in” and Vi means “in a special way.”
Vinyasa allows you to combine and swap sequences of movements: sun salutations, warriors, balances, backbends and stretches.
If you are a rookie, you can ask the coach to instruct you in light exercises such as chanting the Om mantra or adjusting your breathing.

Asana (Posture)
Pranayama (Breathing Control)
Pratyahara (Master your emotions)
Dharana (Concentration)
Dhyana (Meditation)
Samadhi (State of Bliss)
Unlike Vinyasa, Ashtanga brings together strong and consistent yoga postures with the goal of circulating blood and increasing energy.
