I like to combine documentary photography with a bit of organization.
People tend to laugh when the camera is pointed at them, but I don’t like that, so I often talk aimlessly to distract, and take advantage of when the character isn’t paying attention to the camera.
Usually how many photos do you take per trip?
In my opinion, photo editing is one of the most important skills a photographer must have in this digital age.
I spend a large amount of time reviewing the photos after taking them, and the final choice is that the set of photos must match each other in terms of light quality as well as diversity in each photo.
What is your most memorable moment at sea, both as a photographer and a fisherman?
The most memorable memories are when we kill time after each fishing session.
My cat also lived on the ship with me during that period.

If you had to choose, would you choose to be a fisherman or a photographer, especially since both jobs interest you?
For me, the perfect balance is a combination of both professions.
While photography is quite a luxury, fishing is a physical job to make a living, and I feel very lucky to have both feet in these two worlds.
